What is the warranty of your parts?

All our parts have a 1 year warranty.

How do I know the difference between a Starter & Alternator?

The ONLY thing the STARTER does, is turn the engine over. The ALTERNATOR generate the electricity to keep the battery fully charge.

What is the voltage output?

The alternator voltage output at idle will produce 13.8 to 14.5 volts with no light or accessories on.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and on  Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

If I disconnect the battery post (+) when the car is running if shut off these means my Alternator is bad?

Yes and No
YES if your car is more Mechanic (No PCM)
NO if you have a Later Models (with PCM) because you maybe end it up creating a electrical short in the car.
Which i recommend to tested with appropriate equipment or stop by our Shop at no cost for check the charging system

My car battery keeps dying. I took the battery to be checked and the battery is good. Do you have any idea what could be draining the battery? 

The most common “drain” on a battery is the alternator believe it or not. The diode bridge can fail and drain the battery: in addition the battery will not be getting fully charged, so it will eventually go dead. This defect may not turn on the alternator warning light.

What happen if my battery terminal are corrode?

If your battery terminal are corrode will cause different problems I will point couple :

    • WEAK STARTING OF YOU ENGINE OR NOT STARTING

    • VOLTAGE DROP “ALTERNATOR NOT CHARGING”

    • LIGHT DIMMER

    • ENGINE MISFIRE

    • TRANSMISSION NOT SHIFTING RIGHT AND MORE
